Model GG0028-1L is a 30" arm zigzag machine built on the GG0028 platform. It utilizes a large capacity hook, a parallel vertical needle bar motion for strong striking power and a semi automatic lubrication system to produce attractive stitching with a long service life. It features convenient reverse feeding and easy adjustment of zig zag width (up to 10 mm) and zig zag length (up to 5 mm). It is useful in the sewing of large and medium heavy weight articles such as tents, sails, and mattresses.

Model is a long (30 inches) and high arm heavy duty zig zag machine. The machine comes standard with a special fitted Racing puller to assist with material feeding. Interchangeable cams allow you to work as a regular (2 step) zig zag, a 2 stitch (3 step) zig zag or a 3 stitch (4 step) zig zag according to requirements. With a 2 inch needle bar stroke and a powerful feeding system it can produce a zig zag with a max width of 1/2 inch. Used for the manufacturing of boat sails.
